Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our goal is to make returns and exchanges as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read our policy below for all the details on how to return or exchange items.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving their order.

• Items must be new and unworn. Tags may be removed but must still be attached.

• A $5.00 fee applies for all returns and exchanges to cover handling/shipping.

• To initiate a return, please use our online return portal or contact us via email.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.

• Exchanges will be handled manually: once we receive your returned item, we will send out the replacement item of your choice.

• Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.
